Exclusive: Tim Burgess For Mighty Boosh?

added 09 July 2008 at 12.47

The Charlatans' Tim Burgess tells Xfm how he was nearly cast as the wife of The Mighty Boosh's Old Greg. Could this have been a match made in Boosh heaven?

Well we already knew that they were mates but now it has transpired that Charlatans' Tim Burgess could have been a character in The Mighty Boosh at one point.

Speaking exlusively to Xfm at The Mighty Boosh festival this past weekend Burgess explained:

"I love [Boosh character] Old Greg and when I first hung out with Dave [Brown], who plays Bollo I think they were going to write a part for me as Old Greg's wife which would have been amazing!"

Check out all the highlight, interviews and pictures from The Mighty Boosh Festival.
